摘    要:针对车辆齿轮传动机构日益苛刻的工况特点,采用聚内烯烃(PIO)与油溶性聚醚复合作为基础油,加入经复合的添加剂,研制出一种重负荷特种车辆齿轮油。经过理化分析和实际应用表明,研制油不仅具有良好热氧化安定性、粘温性能,极佳的抗磨性和耐承载性,以及突出的防锈抗蚀性,而且能很好地满足特种车辆齿轮系统在极端工况下的使用要求。

Abstract:Aiming at the increasingly demanding working condition characteristic of auto gear transmission, the composite of poly-internal-olefin (PIO) and oil-soluble polyether were determined as base oil, adding the composite additives, and then the heavy-load special vehicle gear oil were developed. After physical and chemical analysis and practical application, it is found that the developed oil not only has good thermal oxidation stability and viscosity-temperature properties, excellent anti-wear and load properties, as well as outstanding anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties; but also can well satisfy the performance requirements of special vehicle gear system in the extreme conditions.
