室温固化弹性环氧树脂的初步研究简

在环氧树脂中添加自制的聚氨酯弹性改性剂Qs—P24B和QS—P24R，制备了一系列由硬到软的弹性环氧树脂胶粘剂。随着改性剂QS—P24B用量增加，固化物的T。由50℃左右逐步过渡到-50℃，中间配方的DSC曲线出现高、低2个T8经常温固化7d后有的固化物的拉伸强度可达到10MPa左右，断裂伸长率接近100％．胶粘剂性能与进口胶相当，而成本远低于进口。

Study on flexible epoxy resin cured at room temperature

In this paper,a series of flexible epoxy resin products from hard to soft were prepared through adjusting the content of PU modified resin named QS-P24B and QS-P24R which were made in our laboratory.The results of thermoanalysis （DSC） revealed that the glass transition temperature （Tg） changed from 50℃ to about -50℃ gradually when more PU modified resin P24B was added in the epoxy resin system,two Tg can be seen on some DSC curves.After cured at room temperature for 7 days,the tensile strength and the elongation at break of some flexible epoxy resin system can be 10 MPa and about 100%,respectively,tensile strength and the elongation at break of another system can be 2-3 MPa and above 200%,respectively.These self-made flexible epoxy systems can be equvalent to the foreign products on some properties,and can be obtained with lower cost by far.
