水玻璃法制备MQ硅树脂的研究及应用进展

MQ硅树脂是一类特殊的聚硅氧烷树脂，具有良好的粘结性、耐热性、耐候性、柔韧性等性能，在工业上有很大的应用价值。简单介绍了水玻璃法制备MQ硅树脂的原理及工艺，并重点介绍前人在原料的选择、投料顺序、溶剂、催化剂、萃取剂、工艺条件等方面的研究改进。综述了MQ硅树脂在有机硅压敏胶、硅橡胶、LED封装材料以及其它方面的应用进展。最后，总结了水玻璃法制备MQ硅树脂存在的问题及今后产业化应注意的问题。

Research progress in preparation of MQ silicone resins by water glass and the applications

MQ silicone resins are special kind of polysiloxane resins, with good cohesiveness, heat resistance, weather resistance, flexibility, etc. Which has a great application value in industry.The theory and the technology of MQ silicone resins which prepared by water glass were simply introduced ,and the research progress of influence factors in raw material selection,Release order, solvent, catalyst, extracting agent, and process conditions were em- phatically introduced. The application of MQ silicone resins in silicone pressure sensitive adhesive,silicone rub- ber,the LED packaging material and others were reviewed.Finally,the problems of MQ silicone resins which pre- pared by water glass and industrialization problems that should be paid attention were summarized.
