净化系统设备管线故障判断与修理

Judgment and maintenance of purification system equipment and process pipeline faults

Purification system fault includes equipment failure and process pipeline breakdown, etc. This pa- per starts from fault causes of some fault examples, which include leak of feed water preheater, inner leakage of low variable scalder in decarbonization system and process pipeline leakage among transformation, decarburization and delicacy systems. The specific solutions and preventive measures were put forward to these faults, furthermore, the basic principle of solving purification system failure was summarized to maintain stable production and ensure high load operation.
