摘    要:基于电力电网和低压电器的发展需要,提出低压电器试验系统提高输出能力的理念、设计途径和实现。对试验系统负载电抗的合理耦合提出新的理念和去耦合方法,并经过验证实施。提供电抗非铜耗附加损耗导致电阻增生的原因分析、计算方法、实验结果和对设计运行的提示。对危及电路和设备的高压过电压的成因进行分析,提出抑制过电压的方法和试验实施。对可调型负载电阻以分流调节方法代替传统设计,免除大电流操作,提高元件耐受能力和加密调节细度,并经过试验实施。对近年广泛应用的"电流调节器"提供原理、能率持恒准则和设计要点。

Abstract:Based on the development needs of electrical power grid and low voltage apparatus,the concept,design method and implementation of low voltage apparatus test system’s improvement of the output capacity were proposed.The new concept and decoupling method of the load reactance’s appopriate coupling were proposed and carried out through verification.The cause analysis,calculation method,experimental results and suggestions for the design’s operation of the increase of resistance which caused by the non-copper additional loss of reactance were put forward.The causes of high-voltage overvoltage which endangered the electrical circuit and equipment were analyzed.The overvoltage suppression methods were put forward,and the test was implemented.The traditional design method was replaced by the shunt regulator method in adjustable load resistance,which exempted the high current operation,enhanced the endurance capacity of components and increased the regulation fineness after a trial basis.The principles,conservation law of energy rate and design points of the current regulator which was widely used in recent years were provided.
