摘    要:讨论了低温共烧陶瓷(Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic LTCC),埋置电感的几何结构模型,并进行仿真,分析了结构变化对电感各参数的影响.

Abstract:This paper discussed the structure model of embedded inductor based on low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) and simulation was performed. It analysed the effect of variation of structure on the performance parameters of inductors.
