| 摘 要： | 企业在合作竞争中，风险是不守恒的。即企业合作后总风险下降、单个企业分摊的风险随着合作企业数量的增加也会下降。以风险系数为依据，分析了合作竞争中的风险不守恒产生的机理和数学意义。
