造纸法再造烟叶生产过程中微生物增质剂的应用研究

摘    要:在造纸法再造烟叶生产过程中,利用1种增香菌、1种活性干酵母和1种蛋白酶配置而成的烟草发酵增质剂对烟草原料的萃取浓缩液进行了处理,并对处理后的萃取浓缩液及其再造烟叶成品的烟碱、糖、总氮、蛋白质、钾和氯等成分进行了测定.结果表明,微生物增质剂发酵效率明显高于传统的烟叶人工发酵,在优化条件下,发酵时间缩短,发酵后的萃取浓缩液糖含量明显降低,pH值下降,经过发酵处理生产的造纸法再造烟叶成品糖含量明显降低,蛋白质含量有所下降,糖/碱比和糖/氮比趋于更合理.对用发酵浓缩液浸涂制成的造纸法再造烟叶进行卷支加香评吸鉴定表明,微生物发酵增质剂对提高造纸法再造烟叶整体香吃味质量的作用是明显的.

Abstract:In manufacturing tobacco slice by papermaking process, treat with extracted concentrated solution of tobacco stuff with fermented tobacco quality-improving agent compose one kind of flavor enhancing microorganism, one kind of active dry yeast and one kind of protease, and measure the contents of nicotine, sugar, total nitrogen, protein, Potassium (K) and chlorine in finished product of tobacco slice. The result shows that the fermenting efficiency of microorganism quality-improving agent is significantly higher than traditional manual tobacco fermentation; that fermenting time is less in optimized condition; that sugar content in extracted concentrated solution after fermentation is significantly reduced; that PH value is reduced; that sugar content in finished product of tobacco slice by fermenting process is significantly reduced; that protein content is slightly reduced; that sugar/ alkali ratio and sugar/nitrogen ratio tend more reasonably. The appraisal of such product proves that the microorganism fermenting quality-improving agent has significant effect on the comprehensive quality of cigarette.
