新型半桥串并联谐振高频感应加热封口机电源

采用串并联谐振负载电路,设计了一台高频感应加热封口机电源。分析了半桥串并联谐振逆变器的基本工作原理,介绍了高频电磁感应加热封口机电源的主电路结构和开关管的驱动保护,并给出了工程设计方法。该电磁感应加热封口机电源的工作频率为500kHz,输出功率为2kW,用于食品、药品等纸包装物品的非接触加热封口。实验结果表明,该电源可以提供可调的正弦波电压和电流,性能达到了设计要求。该电源已运行于工业现场。

New Half-bridge Series-parallel Resonant Power Supply for High Frequency Induction Heating Sealing Equipment

A high frequency induction heating power supply using series-parallel resonant circuit is proposed.The operation principle of the half-bridge series-parallel resonant converter is analyzed,and the structure and controlling circuit of the switching power supply for high frequency induction heating sealing equipment are introduced.The operating frequency is 500 kHz and the output power is 2 kW.The equipment can be applied for wrapper contactless sealing.Experimental results show that the prototype can provide the adjustable sinusoidal voltage and current and the performance meets the design.The prototype is working successfully in industries.
