摘    要:针对广西高峰矿105号矿体高价值碎裂资源的开采技术条件,开发出一种新采矿方法,即无底柱分段分条连续采矿法,该方法根据矿体厚度的不同,采用多种矿块结构形式。在工艺上,先用分段空场法回采间柱,胶结充填后形成人工矿柱;矿房回采后,先在矿房底部进行高配比的胶结充填,其余空间采用低配比水泥砂浆充填或块石充填。生产实践表明该方法作业安全性好,生产能力高,贫化损失率低,适合于高价值破碎矿体的回采。

Abstract:Through analyzing the mining technology conditions of the cataclastic ore section with high value of the orebody No.105 in Guangxi Gaofeng Mine,a new non-pillar sublevel striping continuous mining method was suggested.In this method,the block structure has various forms according to the orebody’s different thickness;ore pillars were stoped out by sublevel open stope method and filled with high molar ratio cemented filling prior to the adjacent chambers being stoped out and filled with local cemented filling and most low molar ratio cement mortar or waste rocks.The production practice showed safety in operation,high productivity,lower ore dilution and loss ratio with this method,which is suitable for mining the cataclastic resources with high value.
