| 摘 要： | 为了适应社会对具有创新能力的高职高专人才的需求,实现岗位技术创新,文中对高等技术应用型人才创新能力的培养进行了系统化的研究,形成了有利于创新能力培养的系统化方法,为培养创新人才进行了积极的探索.

| Abstract: | The training of innovative capability on practical talents of advanced technology has been systematically studied in order to meet the society requirements for the talents with creative ability in high vocational schools and colleges and to implement the innovation of positional techniques. The research work has brought about a systematical approach to promote easily the training of innovative abilities. Furthermore we actively search for ways to cultivate talented man of innovation. |
