摘    要:应用氩离子激光建立Wistar鼠微动脉、微静脉血栓形成模型,对不同剂量阿司匹林对血栓形成的影响进行了研究。发现阿司匹林的抗血栓形成作用与所用剂量密切相关,在超低剂量用药时,呈现出促进血栓形成的作用

Abstract:This paper reports the establishment of a microvessels′ thrombotic model of Wistar rats and studies of the different doses of aspirin in the action on thrombosis using an argon laser. We found that the anti thrombotic action of aspirin was closely related to the doses which were used. However, the prothrombotic action of aspirin was observed in the ultra low dose.
