摘    要:用失重法、扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)及X射线能谱(XRD)对CO2分压对SM80SS特级抗硫套管钢在CO2/H2S共存条件下的腐蚀行为进行了试验研究,结果表明:在试验条件下,低PCO2时,反应以H2S为主,FeS优先生成,腐蚀产物膜颗粒细小、比较致密,平均腐蚀速率较小;PCO2不断增大后,反应以CO2为主,FeS逐渐全部转变为FeS0.9,腐蚀产物膜颗粒粗大、比较疏松,平均腐蚀速率较大;腐蚀产物有较好的局部腐蚀阻碍作用,腐蚀形式均为均匀腐蚀。

Abstract:Corrosion behavior of SM80SS super anti-sulfide tubing steel is studied in the environment of carbon dioxide and hydrogen sulfide concomitant enviroment. The results show that HES is the major role of the reaction in low Pco2, corrosion product films FeS come into being firstly during the progress of the experiment, corrosion product films are fine and compact, average corrosion rate is low. But CO2 is the major role of the reaction during Pco2 greating higher and higiher, corrosion product films FeS begin to gradually change into FeS0.9, corrosion product films great bulky and loose, average corrosion rate great higher. Corrosion product films can block local corrosion occureing on the surface of SMSOSS super anti-sulfide tubing steel. Corrosion mode is even corrosion.
