蓝甘菊超临界萃取物成分分析及其在卷烟加香中的应用

摘    要:采用超临界CO2萃取蓝甘菊,对提取物进行GC/MS成分分析,并进行卷烟加香试验。结果表明:蓝甘菊萃取物鉴定出113种成分,萃取产率0.27%。113种成分中,相对百分含量最高的是红没药醇氧化物(50.303%)、β-金合欢烯(19.530%);萃取物稀释至1%后在卷烟加香试验中使用0.05%~0.20%效果较好,能明显改善香气质感,丰富卷烟香气。

Chamomile supercritical extract component analysis and its application in tobacco flavoring

Abstract:Chamomile was extracted with supercritical CO2. Then the extraction was analysed by GC/MS and added to cigarettes as a flavor. The results show that 113 constituents were identified in the extraction, and the extraction efficiency was 0.27%. The highest relative contents are bisabolol oxide (50.303%) and beta-Farnesene (19.530%). Extraction was diluted to 1% as a flavor, adding 0.05%-0.20% to cigarettes, whose effect was better, which could obviously improve aroma quality and rich tobacco aroma.
