电控硅油风扇离合器性能测试系统研究

摘    要:以电控硅油风扇离合器为研究对象,为完成其性能测试,利用虚拟仪器技术研发一套完整的自动测试系统。该系统融合LabVIEW软件技术、MySQL数据库、PID控制原理、传感器及数据采集卡、串行通信和单片机等技术,实现自动测试、数据分析、统计查询和测试报表等功能,以及对测试系统机械设备和风扇转速的自动控制。试验结果表明,该系统能够准确检测对象的动、静态性能,测试过程安全可靠。

Abstract:Taking electromagnetic-controlled silicone oil fan clutch as the research object, a set of auto-test system was developed which based on the virtual instrument technology to complete its performance testing. The system combined with the LabVIEW software technology, MySQL database,PID control principle,sensor and data acquisition card, serial communications and SCM technology and realized these functions of auto-test,data analysis,statistic query,test reports,as well as auto-control of the fan speed and the mechanical equipment of the test system. Practice proves that the system can accurately test the object's static and dynamic performance, and the testing process is of great safety.
