| 摘 要： | 通过对天然染料胭脂虫色素提取工艺中温度、pH、天然胭脂虫用量、时间等影响因素正交设计分析和各单因素试验探讨得到最佳的提取工艺：天然胭脂虫用量100g/L，pH7～9，10～20min，75℃。
