大型超高压循环流化床锅炉高温热烟气烘炉实践研究

摘    要:针对大型超高压循环流化床锅炉采用明火烘炉、局部烘炉不能有效控制烘炉过程、温度分布不均匀等问题,阐述了义马锦江矸石电厂DG-440/13.7-Ⅱ2型循环流化床锅炉炉衬材料的分布情况和养护要求,采用了高温热烟气整体烘炉法,能够对烘炉的全过程进行有效的控制,节省了烘炉时间和烘炉费用,保证了烘炉质量.

Abstract:Focusing on the problems,not effectively controlling the course of dry-out,temperature distribution unbalanced with the method of an open flame or local dry-out,the layout of furnace lining materials and the maintenance requirements were discussed for DG-440/13.7-II2 type CFB boiler in Yimajinjiang shale electric power plant.With the high temperature flue gas to dry out,the total course can be under control,and it has some advantages such as saving the time and expense of dryout and good quality.
