| Abstract: | This article states briefly meanings of trustworthy and effectiveness of the overall assessment method on work achievement.By comparing with the assessment old method,the article discusses the scientific property and superiority of the overall assessment method,making further discussion on giving correct treatments to some links interrelated with the actual trustworthy and effectiveness lf the overall assessment method. |
