加强党建进大学生公寓的“三效”机制探析

提出了新时期加强大学生党建工作进公寓的＂三效＂机制,即：建立一支专业化、高素质的党建队伍,建立科学合理、以人为本的管理制度,打造特色校园文化,营造良好氛围的长效机制;建立＂三导＂工作机制,净化学生公寓生态环境,科学设置教育内容,提升党性教育的针对性,牢固树立服务意识,在党建进公寓工作中注入催化剂的时效机制;创新理论与工作方式,建立利用数字化党建平台和传统媒介等高效载体机制。

On Mechanism for Party Building Among College Students in Their Apartments

A mechanism characterized with long-actingness,timeliness and effectiveness for Party building among college students in their apartments is proposed. It is long-acting in building a campus culture featured by a professional and quality team of Party building staff and a scientific people-oriented management system.
