| 摘 要： | 对某200MW机组锅炉屏式过热器管壁温度特性进行了试验研究。通过试验确定了屏式过热器炉内炉外壁温差，屏过管子沿炉膛高度方向的温度分布，锅炉负荷变化，浓淡燃烧器浓淡比改变，配风方式改变对管壁炉内炉外壁温的影响，试验结果可供判断和解决同类型锅炉超温问题参考。图13表1参4

| Abstract: | Platen superheater tube temperature in the furnace and out the furnace are tested. Tube temperature difference in the furnace and out the furnace and tube temperature distribution along furnace height are determined by changing boiler load. When rich/lean ratio of pulverized coal and air distribution among second air nozzles are changed, superheater tube temperature is also tested. Experiment results are useful for solving tube overtemperature of same kind boiler. Figs 13, table 1 and refs 4. |
