板栅镀锡对化成及容量的影响

摘    要:在铅酸蓄电池正、负极板栅表面镀锡对电池的化成工艺,电池的容量有较大的影响。镀锡后的板栅,会改变化成曲线,有利于化成的进行,提高电池的容量。电池的正负极采用不同的铅膏配方时,板栅镀锡对电池化成及吝量的影响是相同的,即有利于化成的进行,提高电池的大电流放电性能。在大电流放电时,电池的容量与隔板有关,当使用电阻较大的聚乙烯隔板时,板栅镀锡对大电流放电几乎没有影响,但是采用电阻小的隔板,板栅镀锡对提高电池放电容量仍然有较大的作用。

Abstract:Tin-plated grid has a greater influence on the formation and capacity of lead-acid battery. As plating Sn on positive and negative grid surface, it can change the forming curve and advantage fondng processand increase capacity of batteries. While the components of paste are different, tin-plated grid advantages theforming process all the same. At high-rate discharge, the capacity of lead-acid battery relates to separators.It can hardiy influence the capacity of high current discharge when using polyethylene sepamtor with greater resistance, however it does influence on the capacity of high current discharg when using glass fibre separatorwith less resistance
