水泥-固废基轻质混凝土在屋面找坡中的应用

摘    要:建筑物屋面找坡有建筑找坡(又叫材料找坡)和结构找坡两种途径。建筑找坡的优点是坡度准确、表面平整及可获得平整的室内空间,但缺点是增加造价和增加屋面荷载;结构找坡的优点是可一次成形和节约造价,但缺点是坡度不准确及表面不平整。建筑找坡中基于炉渣等传统材料找坡会增加屋面荷载,且施工周期和人工消耗较多。针对上述两种工艺的优缺点,项目中采用水泥-固废基聚合物EPS轻质自密实混凝土进行建筑找坡,其轻质性克服了建筑找坡增加屋面荷载的缺点,且良好的保温性也提高了屋面保温性能,同时因其具有自密实性而无需振捣,提高了施工速度和降低了劳动强度,具有较为显著的综合效益。

Abstract:Construction slope-building (material slope-building) and structure slope-building are the two ways of roof slopebuilding. Accurate slope, flat surface and neat interior space are the advantages of construction slope-building, but the disadvantage is to increase cost and roof load; the advantage of structural slope-building is cost saving, but the disadvantage is the inaccurate slope and uneven surface. Material slope-building by furnace slag will increase roof load, construction cycle and labors. According to the advantages and disadvantages of the above two processes, the cement & solid-waste based polymer EPS lightweight compact concrete is used for the slope-building, its light-weight overcomes the disadvantages of construction slope-building of increasing the roof load, and the good insulation also improves the roof insulation performance. Since its self - compacting needs no vibration, construction speed is improved and labor intensity is reduced, which brings significant comprehensive benefits.
