白烟尘氯盐加压循环浸出工艺探索

摘    要:介绍了采用某厂氯盐废液做浸出剂,以"两段逆流加压循环浸出"方式处理白烟尘,实现了白烟尘中铜、锌、镉的高效浸出及砷、锑、铋、铅在浸出渣中的有效富集。结果表明:控制反应液固比L∶S=6∶1,反应时间4h,反应温度80℃,反应压强0.9MPa,浸出液pH=1.0~2.0,铜、锌、镉的平均浸出率分别为98.00%、97.13%、92.48%,二次浸出洗涤渣含铜小于1.0%,二次浸出洗涤渣含砷8.61%,锑4.63%,铋16.82%。

Abstract:Since the 350-ton tilting furnace was built and put into operation in August 2003 in Guixi Smelter of Jiangxi Copper, due to the increasingly rise of complex raw materials and the change of production technology, the production is restricted. After accumulating a great deal of experience in production practice, according to the influence of complex raw material proportioning and operation cycle,the influencing factors are analyzed. Through practice and operation, the operation efficiency of tilting furnace is greatly improved, the unit consumption of heavy oil is reduced, and the effect of energy-saving, emission-reducing, cost-reducing and efficiency-increasing is achieved, it is helpful to the sustainable development of "green smelting" of the factory.
