| 摘 要： | 介绍了某大型铜冶炼厂采用城市污水再生水作为生产水源的使用情况,详细介绍了城市污水再生水回用技术的工艺流程、主要设备选型以及成本分析。目前该处理装置运行稳定,成本可控,不仅能够保障企业用水安全,节约了地下水及地表水资源,还能适应国家水资源政策的要求,有利于企业控制用水成本,保障企业正常生产,提高企业经济效益。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the use of municipal wastewater reclaimed water as a production water source in a large copper smelter, and introduces in detail the process flow, main equipment selection and cost analysis of municipal wastewater reclaimed water reuse technology. At present, the treatment device is stable in operation and controllable in cost. It can not only ensure the safety of water for enterprises, save groundwater and surface water resources, but also meet the requirements of national water resources policies, which is beneficial to enterprises to control water costs, ensure normal production of enterprises, and improve enterprises economic benefits. |
