摘    要:二氧化硫风机是冶炼厂主工艺线日常生产时二氧化硫烟气输送的重要设备,该设备是从德国KKK公司引进的。在日常生产中,二氧化硫风机的运行状况将直接影响冶炼厂的生产任务。4#二氧化硫风机的2#辅助油泵经过多年的运行后,油泵运行异常,造成润滑管网压力波动,影响到了二氧化硫风机稳定运行。经过故障排查后,找到了问题所在,恢复了二氧化硫风机的正常运行。

Abstract:The sulfur dioxide blower is an important equipment for the delivery of sulfur dioxide flue gas during the daily production of the smelter. The equipment is imported from Howden, Germany. The operating status of the sulfur dioxide fan will directly affect the production tasks of the smelter in the daily production. After years of production, the 2# auxiliary oil pump of the 4# sulfur dioxide blower runs abnormally, resulting in pressure fluctuations of lubricating pipe network, which affects the stable operation of the sulfur dioxide blower. After troubleshooting, the problem is found and the normal operation of the sulfur dioxide fan is restored.
