摘    要:糖尿病作为一种终身代谢性疾病,并发症高达一百多种。研究表明,脉冲磁场能促进胶原纤维沉积,改善胶原纤维排列和取向,有助于糖尿病伤口愈合,能有效地促进糖尿病患者的溃疡静脉愈合。为了进一步探索脉冲磁场在糖尿病治疗中的场强、脉冲宽度、频率和治疗时间,本文提出了一种脉冲磁场发生方案,应用此方案设计了基于STM32单片机控制的低频脉冲磁场发生装置,其可以输出0~100Hz连续可调,最大磁感应强度100m T的脉冲磁场。利用ANSYS软件进行仿真,确定并优化磁场产生线圈的结构与尺寸。用STM32单片机对磁场进行控制,设计出相应的硬件及其接口,实现了对磁感应强度的实时控制与检测。通过选择开关器件、设计线圈和续流回路等措施减少脉冲磁场宽度,通过对螺线管线圈结构的设计,减少线圈发热对生物实验的影响。试验表明,该装置操作简便,性能稳定可靠,已在糖尿病并发症治疗的研究中得到应用。

Design and implementation of an extremely low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field system for diabetic complications
Abstract:As a lifelong metabolic disease, the diabetes has many complications. Studies have shown that pulsed magnetic field can promote the deposition of collagen fibers, improve the orientation and arrangement of collagen fi-bers, help diabetic wound healing, and take effects in promoting the healing of venous ulcers. To further explore the intensity, pulse width, frequency and duration of the extremely low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field ( PEMF) for the treatment of diabetic complications, a new scheme was proposed in this study. Following the scheme, the low frequency pulsed electromagnetic field with the intensity from 0 to 100mT and the frequency from 0 to 100Hz was designed based on the STM32 microcontroller technology. The ANSYS software was used to analyze the magnetic field distribution of the coil to optimize the structure. As the core component, the STM32 MCU imple-ments real-time measurements and control of production process. The pulse width was shortened by choosing switc-hing devices and optimizing coils and commutating circuits. The temperature rise with coils was restricted by optimi-zing the structure of coils. The test experiments showed that the new pattern of PEMF was easy to use with stable and reliable performance, providing an effectively assistant approach for the treatment of diabetic complications.
