摘    要:针对轴材25CrMo和辐板Q345D,采用焊条电弧焊-气体保护焊复合焊方法,J507R打底层,ER50-6填充盖面、预热温度250℃、层间温度300℃、550℃/3h焊后热处理缓冷等工艺制备完整的焊接接头。通过拉伸试验、弯曲试验、冲击试验、维氏硬度试验以及观察分析焊接接头显微组织和冲击断口形貌进行研究,结果表明,采用该焊接工艺获得的焊接接头具有良好的焊接质量,为25CrMo和Q345D焊接的材料选择、工艺制订提供参考。

Welding technology of motor rotor for wind driven generator
Abstract:A welding method combining manual arc welding and gas shielded welding is used for 25CrMo and Q345D stainless steels,and the welded joints are prepared with the technologies,including J507R for backing welding,ER50-6 for filling and cosmetic welding,preheat temperature of 250 ℃,interpass temperature of 300 ℃,postweld heat treatment of 550 ℃/3 h,slow cooling and so on.The microstructure and properties in weld metal zone of 25CrMo and Q345D steels are studied by tensile test,bending test,impact test,Vickers hardness test,observation and analysis of the microstructure of welded joints and the appearance of impact fractures.The results show that the welded joints obtained by this welding technology have good welding quality,which provides a reference for materials selection and welding technology for the welding of 25CrMo and Q345D steels.
