锰基正极材料Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.13)Co_(0.13)Mn_(0.54)O_2的改性研究

摘    要:采用高温固相合成法制备锰基正极材料Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.13-x/3)Co_(0.13-x/3)Mn_(0.54-x/3)Cr_xO_2(x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03),其中合成的锰基正极材料Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.13-x/3)Co_(0.13-x/3)Mn_(0.54-x/3)Cr_xO_2(x=0.02)的粒径分布均匀、结晶程度极高和结构稳定性很好,在不同倍率0.1C、0.2 C、0.5 C、1 C和2 C下的放电比容量分别达到332.11、308.36、271.06、191.56、113.92 m Ah/g,并在0.1 C下循环50次后的放电比容量维持率为97%,所以少量Cr3+的掺杂对正极材料Li_(1.2)Ni_(0.13)Co_(0.13)Mn_(0.54)O_2的充放电比容量、倍率特性和循环稳定性等电化学性能更好。

Research on modified characterization of Mn-base cathode material Li1.2Ni0.13Co0.13Mn0.54O2
Abstract:Li1.2Ni0.13-x/3Co0.13-x/3Mn0.54-x/3CrxO2 (x=0,0.01,0.02,0.03) cathode materials were prepared by high temperature solid state method with the characters of uniform particle size distribution,high crystallization degree and excellent structural stability.Li1.3Ni0.13-x/3Co0.13-x/3Mn0.54-x/3CrxO2 (x=0.02) was discharged at 0.1 C,0.2 C,0.5 C,1 C and 2 C with specific capacity of 332.11,308.86,271.06,191.56,113.92 mAh/g.After 50th cycles at 0.1 C,the capacity retention is 97%.Therefore,Li1.2i0.13Co0.13Mn0.54O2 doped Cr shows better cycling stability,rate performance and cyclic stability.
