摘 要: | 对比分析集箱短管接头的焊接现状以及现有焊接技术发展状况,提出集箱短管接头机器人自动装焊一体化方案,并完成了设备研制和安装调试。通过计算机仿真和焊接工艺参数调试试验,建立了集箱短管接头机器人自动焊接工艺数据库,并进行大量的焊接工艺验证试验。结果表明,自主研发的集箱短管接头机器人自动装焊工作站首次实现了集箱短管接头的自动装焊一体化;焊接的管接头角焊缝外观成形良好,角焊缝横截面宏观金相检验未发现缺陷,管接头装焊尺寸满足标准规定。

Process and equipment of automatic erection welding robot for header nozzles |

Abstract: | An integration scheme is proposed for automatic erection welding robot through comparing and analyzing welding status of header nozzles and existing welding technology.Development and installation of the equipment have been completed.The process database for automatic erection welding robot is established though computer simulation and debugging test of welding parameter.A large number of verifying tests for welding process have been carried out.The testing results show that the robot researched and developed independently have achieved integration of automatic erection welding for header nozzles for the first time and the fillet weld is well formed,no defects were found in fillet weld through the macro metallographic examination of the cross section,the forming dimension can satisfy standard requirement. |
