钢轨现场焊接参数远程采集系统

摘    要:目前我国铁路换铺维修工程的钢轨现场焊接主要由焊轨车完成,其施工作业点自然环境条件复杂。为了实时获取焊接数据,跟踪钢轨现场焊接质量,设计了由数据整合工具软件、物联网网关设备和云平台组成,能通过移动网络将钢轨现场焊接参数实时上传至云平台的钢轨现场焊接参数远程采集系统,以供焊接技术管理人员共享,从而实现焊接参数的远程采集分析与质量评估。该系统成功应用于YHGQ-1200型气压焊轨车的现场施工。

Remote acquisition system for field rail welding parameters
Abstract:The field rail welding for maintenance engineering of CWR (continuous welded rail) is mainly completed by the rail welding vehicle,which has a lot of construction points in the vast territory of the railway with complicated natural environment.In order to get the welding data in real time and track the quality of the field rail welding,a remote acquisition system for field rail welding parameters is designed in this paper.The system is composed of data integration tools,internet gateway device and cloud platform,and uploads the welding parameter to the cloud platform through the mobile network which can be shared by the technical managers,so as to realize the remote acquisition analysis and quality evaluation of welding parameters.The system has been successfully applied in the construction of YHGQ-1200 gas pressure welding vehicle.
