运载火箭连接器自动对接技术应用分析

摘    要:基于连接器自动对接技术的主要边界条件,分析了其安全性内涵,对其进行了技术特征分类,在此基础上对国外主要的运载火箭型号应用的连接器自动对接技术进行介绍,分析了其技术类型及总体特征。结合中国现役火箭的总体技术特点,提供了应用自动对接技术的相关建议,同时,对后续新型号研制提出降低该技术应用难度的措施,供中国运载火箭总体方案制定及提升发射场安全性参考借鉴。

Application Analysis of Automated Mating Technique Used on Launch Vehicle Filling Connectors
Abstract:This paper has carried on the technical characteristic classification of automated mating connector,which is based upon the analysis of chief boundary using conditions and meaning of safety for automated mating technique.The paper introduces the applications of automated mating technique on launch vehicles abroad and analyse their technique characteristics.This paper proposes some advices about application of automated mating technique on internal launch vehicles,which have considered their overall techinique characteristics,meanwhile,provides some suggestions for reducing the difficulty of applying automated mating technique to new launch vehicles,which can be signifieative references for drawing up the overall technique programme and raising the safety level of launching centers.
