车用动力电池系统换热方法与策略研究

摘    要:动力电池组的工作温度对其安全性和寿命有重要影响,根据电池系统可能的工作环境,电池组可能的工作温度有三种情况:温度过低、温度适中、温度过高,需要采用相应的措施。针对国内外的散热与加热的研究成果,分析了国内外典型车辆的电池组热量管理策略,结果表明常规管理策略是根据电池组的工作温度采用分级管理。然后分析换热策略的不同影响因素,具体的换热方法和策略需要综合考虑各种因素,在电池组设计之初就要选定。在分级管理策略的基础上提出温度场均匀策略。

Research on heat transfer methods and strategies of electric vehicle battery systems
Abstract:The EV battery's operating temperature has great influence on its safety and life.There are three kinds of possible working temperatures according to the battery's working environment:low temperature,moderate temperature,and high temperature.So the appropriate measures should be taken.Based on the cooling and heating research results at home and abroad,the typical EV battery package thermal management strategies were analyzed,and the results show that conventional management strategy is that the temperature is controlled by the package's working temperature at different levels.Then different factors of heat transfer strategy were analyzed.The specific heat transfer methods and strategies involve various factors and should be decided in the beginning of the design for the battery package.The uniform temperature field strategy was brought forward on the basis of the management strategies at different temperature levels.
