摘    要:在现代工业中广泛应用的点焊电极用铜合金材料多为铬铜、铬锆铜和Al_2O_3弥散强化铜,主要因其导电性、导热性、高温强度、硬度和可加工性。综述了多种强化技术的机理和工艺,通过对基体进行固溶时效和形变强化处理,或进行深冷处理,或通过Al_2O_3、TiB_2、石墨、碳纳米管等对基体进行弥散强化,可以有效地提高铜合金性能。展望了点焊电极用铜合金的强化技术。

Current research status of the strengthening methods of copper alloy for spot welding electr odes
Abstract:The copper alloy materials for spot welding electrodes widely used in modern industry are Cu-Cr、Cu-Zr、Cu-Cr-Zr and Al2O3 dispersion strengthened copper because of their electrical conductivity,thermal conductivity,high temperature strength,hardness and machinability.The mechanisms and technologies of various strengthening methods are summarized.By conducting solid solution aging treatment,deformation strengthening treatment or cryogenic treatment on the matrix,or conducting dispersion strengthening on the matrix with A12O3,TiB2,graphite and carbon nano tubes,the performance of the copper alloy can be effectively improved.Finally,the strengthening methods of copper alloys for spot welding electrodes are prospected.
