摘    要:以系统的可靠性为目标对扩散硅液位变送器测量系统进行综合设计和技术改进.通过对系统的软、硬件功能的合理分配和对关键技术难点解决方案的选择,以及兼容设计、降额设计、抗干扰设计等可靠性保障技术的应用提高了扩散硅液位变送器测量系统的测量精度和可靠性指标.这种方法成本低,仪器安装方便.同时,本文也为其他小型智能化仪表的可靠性保障设计提供了一种思路和方法.

Abstract:The measure system of diffuse silicon liquid level transmitter is designed and improved to meet the reliability requirements. The measurement accurate specifications and reliability are satisfactary by the designs of compatibility, safety and anti-interference. The instrument is easy to setup and maintain and its cost is reduced remarkably. The methodology developed in the design procedure is appliable for the design of small intelligent instruments.
