摘    要:采用强酸型阳离子交换树脂分离富集钽中微量杂质元素,然后采用ICP-AES测定其中银、铋、镉、镓、铟等杂质元素。方法检出限可达ng/g,回收率在90%以上。

Abstract:In the paper,cation exchange was used to separation and concentration the impurity elements from tantalum.Silver Bismuth Cadmium Gallium Indium were determired by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.The detection limit of method is ng/g,the percent recovery is90%.
