SMA无规苯乙烯马来酸酐树脂复鞣剂的合成及性能

摘    要:苯乙烯-马来酸酐无规共聚物(RMS)通过溶液转相乳液聚合得到。这种树脂复鞣剂中单体配比可根据需要调节,并且引入极性基或在主链上引入第三单体等进行改性。由于采用的溶剂本身可用作柔软性组分,所以得到的是一种柔软性复鞣剂,并兼具填充、助染等功能。我们还讨论了这种复鞣剂与皮革纤维作用的机理。

Abstract:The random copolymer of styrene-maleic anhydride could be prepared with the method of solution conversing to emulsion at the polar medium and the high temperature. The random copolymers might be modified by means of introducing the third monomers into the macromolecular or the polar groups on the main chain or changing the proportion of monomers. Because of the polar solvent was also used as the softening component and the retanning agent had week cationic group, the XQ-MA showed to be a multiple functional retanning agent with the filling, auxodyeing and retanning action. Also the mechanism of the cross action between copolymer and leather fiber was investigated.
