镁合金熔炼阻燃技术的现状与展望

摘    要:综述了镁合金熔炼时熔剂保护、气体保护、合金化阻燃及熔炼系统与工艺优化等阻燃技术。并且指出,研究新型无公害的镁合金熔剂,优化SF6混合气体的组成并减低SF6的含量,开发其它能替代SF6的气体或物质,研制新型阻燃镁合金,进一步优化镁合金熔炼系统和工艺等几个方面郝将是镁合金熔炼与铸造方面的研究热点。

Abstract:The ignition-proof technology for magnesium alloys melting process,such as flux or inert gases protection, ignition-proof by alloying, and smelting system & technology optimization, are reviewed. Future research hotspots in magnesium alloys smelting & casting are also pointed out,including using new hazardfree fluxes,optimizing composition of SF-containing gas mixture SF6, using other gas or substance in place of SF6, developing hew ignition-proof magnesium alloys,and further optimizing smelting system & technology.
