D301B型自动缫丝机的新结构及特性

Ｄ３０１Ｂ型自动缫丝机是在Ｄ３０１Ａ基础上，改进了由探索、感知、给茧等组成的纤度控制系统，达到了高精度的检测和可靠的执行效果，进一步提高了生丝均匀度。新设计的丝道机构和丝故障防止装置，能有效地降低缫丝张力，并解决了丝故障停　时张力瞬时增大的问题，有利于自动缫生丝内在质量的提高。该机型还在全机的自动化程度上及全机设置部件的适应性、可靠性、耐用性等方面作了较太改进，大大减少了缫丝用工。

New Structure and Feature of Automatic Reeling Machine D301B

The Automatic Reeling Machine D301B is developed on the basis of D301A. Its size control system consisting of renovated end-groping device, sensor and cocoon supplier achieves high precision detection and Tenable performance, bringing about higher raw silk regularity. The newlydesigned silk path and breakdown preventer ensure lower reeling tension and eliminates transient increasing tension on reel stop due to breakdown so as to improve the inherent quality of automatically-reeled raw silk. Furthermore, the machine is upgraded in its automation, and adaptability, reliability and durability of all parts, resulting in much less reeling labour.
