煮茧机理分析

从胶体理论着手，在对原煮茧理论进行深入分析的基础上，提出煮茧机理要点可由两个公式和一个Ｐ值不等式表达，并且分析了公式与不等式之间的相互关系，对现有煮茧经验进行了解释。

Analysis on Cocoon Cooking Mechanism

On the basis of in-depth theoretical analyses of cocoon cooking according to colloid theory, the author holds that the essentials of cocoon cooking mechanism can be expressed by two equalities and one inequality with P value. Their correlation is analysed, and some explanations are made onthe existing experience of cocoon cooking.
