摘    要:介绍了一种上位机控制变频器的控制系统解决方案,即在VB6.0编写上位机界面上,用MSComm控件实现串口通信,与变频器进行交互,达到了频率控制和变频器监控的目的.通过深入分析三肯公司SAMCO-e型变频器的说明文件,研究通信协议和电文结构,设计了一套可以对多个变频器进行控制的控制系统.实际运行效果令人满意.

Abstract:A method of using the host computer to control the inverter based on serial communication is introduced in this paper.The MSComm is used to realize the serial communication,and interact with the inverter,which realizes the frequency control and real-time supervision of inverter.At last,according to analyze the documentation of SAMCO-e Inverter of Sanken Company,and study the communication protocol and message structure,a control system which can control a plurality of inverter is designed,and the actual operation is satisfactory.
