| 摘 要： | 根据校直工件的初始弯曲情况和滚轮摩擦驱动装置的结构参数,计算得出驱动力矩与压紧正压力的关系式,将有关参数实际值赋给相应的变量,就可得出计算结果.按该方法计算,可确保滚轮驱动装置按照设计启动时间启动,并且启动无打滑,重复精度好. |

| Abstract: | According to the initial bending situation of the straightening workpiece and the structure parameters of the roller friction driving device,the equation between the driving torque and the pressure is established.If the related parameter values are assigned to the corresponding variables,then the results can be calculated.This calculation method can ensure the roller driving device start at the design starting time,and stop without sliding.The repeatability of this method is well. |
