| Abstract: | How to plan aircraft carrier suitability flight test and how to carry out pilots training and selecting are the key problems which every country owned aircraft carrier has to deal with.The aircraft carriers suitability flight test and pilots training methods which USA and Russia have done are analyzed in this paper.At the end,some useful conclusions and suggestions on these subjects are given. |
