某型发动机涡轮盘榫齿裂纹分析

摘    要:发动机涡轮盘榫齿裂纹断裂导致叶片甩出,多次发生等级事故。本文通过对随机抽取经使用后返修发动机的统计分析,得出榫齿裂纹故障分布服从威布尔分布、榫齿裂纹失效大都属于高周疲劳性质的结论,为估算机件可靠性,确定机件最优的维护制度提供理论依据。

Abstract:The serration crack in turbine disc for engine could lead to the blade to be thrown out,so the accidents often occur.According to the statistical analysis of the random sampling engines which are returned to the manufacturer for repair,the conclusions,that the serration crack failure meets the Weibull distribution,and its basic failure belongs to high cycle fatigue,are drawn.The results provide some references for evaluating the reliability and confirming the best maintenance system of the engine.
