| Abstract: | This paper briefly deals with the guiding thinking and principal basis to draw up the plan of the technical goods and materials for colleges as well as how to handle the relation between the needs and expenses for the teaching and the scientific research. We insist on investigation and grasp of the needs for the teaching and the scientific research so that we can improve our management, foresight and accuracy of the plan of the tech nical goods and materials, and better serve the teaching and the scientific research of colleges. |
