| 摘 要： | 为了探讨大豆磷脂和VE抗氧化、调节血脂的功能,分别建立抗氧化和调节血脂两个试验动物模型。每个模型均分成不同剂量组,经灌胃同一功能性食品溶液(其成分为大豆磷脂和VE)30 d后,取抗氧化模型组小鼠血检验其过氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽(GSH)3个指标的含量,取调节血脂模型组大鼠血检验其血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)3个指标的含量。结果表明大豆磷脂和VE具有较明显的抗氧化、调节血脂的功能。

| Abstract: | To investigate antioxidation and blood-lipid regulation of soybean phospholipid together with vitamin E,Two models was built: antioxidation model and blood-lipid regulation model by using mice.Each model was divided into different dosage groups for irrigated different concentration solution(its efficient compositions are soybean phospholipid and V_E) for 30 days.Then the mice'blood of the antioxidation model was taken to examine the content of SOD,GSH and MDA.The mice'blood of blood-lipid regulation model was taken to examine the content of TG,TC and HDL-C.The results indicated that soybean phospholipid and V_E had obvious antioxidation and blood-lipid regulation effect. |
