摘    要:从多个方面讨论探伤机是否属于计量器具。分析无损检测的原理和特征,根据计量法和计量器具定义得出无损探伤仪不是计量器具的结论。必须承认射线、超声和磁粉探伤的局限性,其测量结果会有一些误差。因此,不能认定这些普通无损检测仪器全是计量器具。

Abstract:The question if nondestructive flaw detectors are metrological instrument is discussed. On the basis of the physical principles and characters of nondestructive testing(NDT) methods, as well as the metrological law and the definition of metrological instrument, it is concluded that nondestructive flaw detectors are not metrological instrument. The limitations of radiographic, ultrasonic and magnetic particle testing methods and the errors in measuring results should be recognized. It should not be considered that NDT equipments are metrological instrument.
