| Abstract: | The article reviews the development history of water-saving irrigation in Jiaocheng County, introduces the big benefit of water-saving irrigation, and presents future development thinking on available forms of water-saving irrigation, on strengthening management of water resources, on making a good job of water resources planning, on regulating agriculture planting structure, on heightening capacity of impounding water in soil and protecting soil moisture, and on reforming management system of water-saving engineering etc. |
