碘酸钾滴定法测定阳极泥中锡含量

主要对碘酸钾滴定法测定阳极泥中锡的含量的操作条件进行了试验。通过对试样的分解、铁粉、铝粒及淀粉溶液的用量进行了试验研究,并对其中影响测定锡的杂质元素进行了分离。用代表样加锡标准考查方法的准确度及精密度,样品加标回收率在99.2%～100.2%之间,精密度和准确度较好。该测定方法终点易观察,测定结果稳定准确,适用于测定阳极泥中10%以上的锡含量。

Determination of Tin in anode Mud by potassium iodate Titration

In this paper, the determination method of tin content in anode mud was studied, and the operating conditions for the determination of tin content in anode mud by potassium iodate titration were tested. After calcination, the sample was sintered and decomposed with zinc powder, borax and boric acid mixed flux. the impurity elements were separated by hydrochloric acid leaching, reduced iron powder was used to separate impurity elements, aluminum reduced tin, starch was used as indicator, potassium iodate standard titration solution titrated to the end point to determine tin content.
