环氧防火涂料的研究现状及发展前景

摘    要:钢结构因其优异性能被广泛应用,是目前最常见的建筑材料之一。但钢材有一些不可忽视的缺点,如温度达到500℃时,钢材的强度将下降50%。因此,对钢结构的建筑往往要做一些防火保护措施,最常用的防火方法是在表面涂一些防火涂料。简述国内钢结构环氧防火涂料的研究现状,分析钢结构防火涂料的发展前景。

Research Status and Development Prospect of Epoxy Fire Retardant Coating

Abstract:Steel structure is one of the most common building materials because of its excellent performance. But steel has some shortcomings that can not be ignored, for example, when the temperature reaches 500 ℃, the strength of steel will drop by 50%. Therefore, the steel structure of the building usually need to do some fire protection measures, the most common method of fire protection is to paint some fire retardant coating on the surface. This paper briefly introduces the research status of the most common epoxy fire retardant coatings for steel structures in China, analyzes the development prospect of the fire retardant coatings for steel structures.
