颗粒钾肥新生产工艺浅析

作为一种不可缺少的化肥,钾肥可以充分促进国内当代农业的可持续发展,我国作为一个钾资源很稀少的国家,大部分钾肥都是依赖国外进口。因为钾肥自身物理性质等因素,经过单一化的挤压造粒难以把其彻底压实,极有可能破碎、分解,于是应该加入一定的黏结剂,以确保其物理性质的平稳性。首先分析了颗粒钾肥的核心特点、应用现状及趋势,最后从浸润剂以及黏结剂两个方面来探究了颗粒钾肥的新生产工艺标准,以供参考。

Brief Analysis of New Production Process Standard of Granular Potassium Fertilizer

As an indispensable chemical fertilizer, potassium fertilizer can fully promote the sustainable development of contemporary agriculture in China. As a country with scarce potassium resources,most potassium fertilizers are imported from abroad. Because of the physical properties of potassium fertilizer itself and other factors, it is difficult to compact the potassium fertilizer thoroughly by single extrusion granulation, and it is very likely to break down and decompose. Therefore, certain binders should be added to ensure the stability of its physical properties. Firstly, the core characteristics, application status and trend of granular potassium fertilizer are analyzed. Finally, the new production process standard of granular potassium fertilizer is explored from two aspects of sizing agent and binder for reference.
